About Anna

Meet Anna! She was an owner surrender out of a bad situation. Anna is 3 years old and 30 pounds of friendly cuteness! We believe that she is a Labrador/Corgi mix. She is a short solid girl with a longer body. Anna is an affectionate dog who absolutely loves attention. She is shy at first but warms up quickly and attaches easily to a new person. She has so much love to give! She is very good natured and gets along with everyone she meets. She is very well behaved and listens well. Anna is great with other dogs, big and small, and loves to run and play with the dogs in her foster home. She also LOVES to swim! She is a little jealous of the other dogs getting attention from her foster dad, but to be fair in her previous life she lived in a yard by herself for the most part. Getting attention and being loved on is something she quietly craves. She can also be a little food protective, so her foster dad feeds her by herself. Anna goes potty outside on her own using the doggy door. She has not had a accident inside the house since she's been with us. She loves being able to go out to sit in the shade or enjoy some sunshine. She loves toys and we think she would love a home with older kids to play with. She sleeps on the big bed next to her person every night. Anna is in perfect health and is now up to date on shots, heartworm negative, and microchipped with a lifetime registration. She does need to be spayed and that is scheduled soon and covered by the rescue. If you are looking for a sweet natured family friendly dog, look no further than Anna! She is such a good girl!
