My name is Ricky Bobby. I'm not a fancy race car driver or anything, but as far as Chihuahua's go I'm quite the dude. I'm gonna be honest with ya, my potty training is a work in progress. I've been known to mark so you're gonna have to keep an eye on me or put belly bands on me. I don't mind sleeping in my Chi cave, I think you all call it a 'crate' but I don't like spending a lot of time in there cause I usually have to potty in the morning or potty accidents will happen in my crate. Trust me I don't like it either, I mean it's my Chi cave and I like to keep it clean because it's my safe place. I like going on walks, getting to stroll around the neighborhood is like the Daytona 500 for me. At first, I want to take off like I'm a NASCAR driver but once we get going I catch my stride. I've been known to chase me a cat or two, so a home with cats is probably not a good fit for me. As far as other dogs are concerned, I'm best with passive dogs. I can be assertive when it comes to other dogs and I'm a little possessive over my food. I love kids, but I think ideally I would prefer a home with no kids or older kids who understand dogs and will respect my space. As far as affection, I am not a velcro dog. No sir, not by any means. I mean it's the time of Covid and I'll respect your space...I totally get the whole social distancing. I like to play fetch and with toys, but guys got his boundaries...my toys are, my toys. I'll show off every now and again and stand on two feet; especially if you're offering me a tasty treat. Like most chi's, I am small in stature but mighty in the heart.
