Nova is about 2 years old. Pit/lab mix. Approx 60-70 lbs. She is house and crate trained and knows basic commands. She wants to be friends with other dogs but her high energy tends to make it a little difficult. She has not be tested with small furry critters or cats but she seems to be skiddish but interested. She is a good girl at bath time and LOVES WATER. (Immediately jumped into my pond.) Loves to cuddle and play (great fetching skills). Nova is still very young and has high energy that needs to be released in a positive manner. Her beginning was a hard one in which she was kept in a crate for days at a time with little to no interaction even though she is just the sweetest girl ever. Due to those conditions she does experience separation anxiety when left outside alone. With some proper dog training she could be an absolute dream dog because Nova has beauty and brains. Nova is microchipped, spayed and current on vaccinations before adoption is finalized. Her ideal home would be a mature household (her love doesn't know limits and maybe too much for small or young children. A large yard to run in with access to water would be her dream. She might also make an excellent boat or paddle board partner with some guidance. Water is her life and joy.
