About Buddy

Adoption Fee: Donate
Pit Bull / German Shepherd
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Male

Here is our newest arrival, Buddy! Buddy is a three and a half-year-old, American Pitbull Terrier and German Shepard Mix. He is healthy, neutered, and vaccinated. He is such a good boy. We are in urgent need of a forever home or foster immediately. Buddy has been with his current family since he was a puppy; however, due to some unforeseen circumstances, they can no longer keep him and need to find him a home as soon as possible. We feel like Buddy is not a good candidate for boarding since all he's known is family so. If you or someone you know are looking for a good dog, please let us know! Foster or forever home is needed quickly. Buddy does best as an only dog in the home. He is excellent with kids and adults and just is so sweet. He thinks he is a small lap dog, and loves to lay with you, sleep in the bed. He is 100% potty trained. He knows all the dog tricks...Sit, down, stay, shake, touch, and he will even come running if you say, 'here, here, here!' The other thing is he is a big swimmer! He loves the water. He dives in and would live in the pool if he could. If you think Buddy is the perfect addition to your family, %BD'%BD%BDplease submit a completed adoption application found at so that we can schedule a meet and greet. He is also on all of our social media pages IG: @Doggie_Bonez_Inc_ and Facebook: Doggie Bonez. If adoption isn't an option, please consider fostering one of our pups. We are a volunteer-run non-profit dog rescue and always welcome new short or long term doggie foster families. We much appreciate the help and time of our fosters. You provide all the love, comfort, and safety of a home, and we supply you with everything else you may need, dog food, dog bed, toys, medical attention (if required), etc. If you are interested, please visit to see all of our available dogs who need a foster family while waiting for their fur-ever home and complete the foster application.
