Until further notice to adhere to CDC's recommendations, meet and greets and adoption are appointment only. ** Boone is a handsome 1 year old Terrier mix who is looking for a loving forever home. Boone is a sweet but very shy boy who will need a very understanding and patient home full of lots of love. Boone was brought to us after being humanely trapped and saved from life on the streets, so he needs a loving home to make him feel safe. Boone is good with small dogs and will greatly benefit from a gentle but confident canine companion in his home to learn from. Boone will need time to adjust and will remain leery of strangers, so he would do best with mature adults or dog savvy older children. Boone is very sweet and silly once comfortable, but needs someone who undesrtands it may take him a while to show it. He will need training, including house training, and will need a very safe and secure yard and to be watched carefully. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and vet checked.
