About Budgie (Parakeet)

Polly (originally Ollie until we realized she's a female) is a recessive pied white budgie who is a little over 1 year old (hatch date estimated to be 5/19/2019). She has never learned to step up but will land on your arm or shoulder and hang out there. She just doesn't seem to like hands. She is extremely attached to my conure and he has gotten to the point that he spends all of his time trying to run her off, which is stressful to both birds. I'd like her to be in a home with at least one other budgie. Her wings are no longer clipped and she mostly flies back and forth to her stand and her favorite window.
