Hi I'm Thunder! I am about a year old. I was found dumped on the side of the road in a rural Texas town. I was rescued by HTAR and brought to Oklahoma City. Since then I have been neutered and am UTD on my vaccinations. I am also microchipped! I currently have a 6 month old canine foster sibling and we have a lot of fun together. I'd prefer to go to a home with another dog to play with. I am hearing impaired due to bad breeding but I was lucky to be born with the majority of my hearing!
