About Charlie

To potentially adopt him, please send an application (found on our website azsmalldog.org) to [email protected]. Charlie is a sweet 11 month old Lhasa Apso/Poodle mix looking for his forever home. He weighs 14.3 pounds and seems to be about done growing. Charlie is a ladies man and prefers the company of women over men. If there are any men in the home he will need time and patience to warm up. Charlie has done great with children of all ages though he does like to nibble while playing and may do best in a home with older children. He is great with dogs of all sizes and will thrive in a home with a playful canine companion, so he will need a buddy to bond with. Charlie will need to meet any potential canine companions prior to adoption. He is house broken, kennel trained, knows how to use a doggy door, walks good on a leash and rides well in the car. Charlie can be a bit talkative to emphasize his emotions and would not do well in an apartment environment. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, vet checked and microchipped. His adoption fee is $400 which includes 30 days of complementary pet insurance and a free vet visit.
