*** PLEASE READ COMPLETE BIO BEFORE APPLYING * * * * * PLEASE READ * * * Token is an 8 year old girl who needs a foster home -- ideally she'd be an only dog but with people who are around a lot. Token is the most lovingly talkative girl.... she will just stare at you with adoring eyes while longing for your affection... and conversation :) We took her in at 84 pounds and she resembled a pot belly pig. Her previous owner was ill and was probably feeding her too many times a day, and then didn't have the capacity to walk or exercise her. She LOVES going for morning walks and she loves fetching in the grassy yard. Rolling on her back with her legs in the air and belly to the sky are also her favorites. With her daily walks and a controlled diet, Token is now a slender healthy weight and she's in excellent shape (lost around 20 pounds!) -- appreciating her ability to run and play in the yard without lugging around 25 extra pounds. She's loving life (3 She does need a foster home, however. Right now she's in boarding and needs out. She would also be happy in a forever home. No cats, no other dogs most likely, and probably due to her size and energy, no kids under 11-12 years old. They need to responsible and kind in nature. Adoption fee is $200.00 and she is spayed, health-checked, vaccinated, microchipped, and has just had a complete dental!
