Charlie is a 3 year old Terrier mix. He was surrendered to the shelter because of issues with the other dog. He is friendly, but shy and it does take time for him to warm up. He weighs 27 lbs., is UTD on shots and heartworm negative. He is good with cats, but apparently has never been around children.
