Please fill out an application on our website: www.savingk9livesplus.org Meet Puppy Elliot, 10 week old 3 lbs Havanese Poodle mix, rescued from Los Angeles East Valley Shelter when his owners could not afford his emergency vet care at VCA hospital after falling from a 4 story balcony. Elliot had pulmonary contusions and was in oxygen for 3 days. Elliot continued his oxygen therapy and was checked again at the vet with bloodwork and xrays. His lungs healed.
