About Lola

Hi, I'm Lola! My foster mom tells me I have a sweet and gentle soul. I like to hang out and play with other dogs, and I would do best in a home with another dog who can help show me the ropes. I also like to be around my humans, but I'm pretty shy at first and it takes me some time to trust. Sudden movements can make me nervous so I need a family who is patient enough to give me the time and space to engage with them on my own terms and won't take it personally if I'm not always in a petting mood. Once I feel settled in, I will reward my family with kisses. I get pretty excited when it is time to go for a walk and a sniff around the neighborhood. The rumor is that I'm pretty good on a leash, too, although I do get a little nervous at times if there are people or cars behind me. I'm a neat and tidy girl who is house trained. I don't bark a lot unless I want to tell you that I'm ready to play or go for a walk. So go ahead and fill out an application and we can start getting to know each other.
