About Merwyn

Merwyn is a pro snuggler who loves a cosy spot to curl up in and will do anything for a treat. She is heartworm positive, but has been under treatment for 9 months and is asymptomatic (she's due to be reassessed in October). She's housebroken but hates to be in a crate; she has no front teeth, vet suspects this is from cage biting when she was younger (her back teeth are white and healthy, and she eats dry food with no problems). She's not destructive and only chews on her toys. Merwyn is around 35-40lbs and would do best in a home with a submissive/non-aggressive female dog of similar size who she can play with. When she has met children she seems to like them; she sits very politely and lets them pet her.
