Before submitting the application, please take a moment to read information below and carefully complete the adoption application entirely. PLEASE SUBMIT A COPY OF YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE AND PICTURES OF YOUR HOME INSIDE AND OUTSIDE and a $25.00 Application fee which will be deducted from the adoption fee if your application is approved. In order to adopt a pet from Paw Patrol Animal Rescue & Sanctuary you must be at least 25 years old, be able to provide references and identification, consent to a home visit & pay the adoption fee $400.00 An application MUST be filled out before a meet and greet is possible. We are a foster based rescue, there is no facility where all dogs can be met at once. If you're still looking for the right pet for you, please view our adoptables on our website. www.pawpatrolanimalrescue.com All of our pets come spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm tested, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals. An application does not obligate you to adopt, and can be transferred to any pet. You will receive an automated confirmation once your application is successfully submitted. Please understand that due to the volume of applications we receive, we are unable to contact all applicants. If your application is considered a good fit for the pet you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will contact you within 7-10 days.
