Look at this beautiful girl! This is Mia. Mia is a Boxer and American Staffordshire Terrier mix. Mia is around 2 years old. She was dumped off in a busy park and left to fend for herself. She kept running up to people wanting to play. She's very friendly and loving. One of our foster mom's neighbors saw her and offered Mia a ride. Mia was more than happy to accept and jumped into the car and off they went. :) The neighbor rode around trying to find her owners but with no luck. She was taken to the vet and scanned for a microchip but there was none. She was reported to the shelter and posted in all of the lost and found groups yet no one came forward. We can't imagine why because this girl is a total sweetheart! We are now trying to find a forever home for Mia. Mia weighs 52 lbs. She is awesome with people and other dogs. She has lots of energy and loves to run and play. She can also be relaxed and calm. Mia would do best in a home with children 10 years old and older. She would do great in a home that has another dog that likes to play. She would do great in an active household. She must go to a home with a fenced in yard. Mia would be an awesome addition to any family. If you are interested in adopting Mia please email [email protected] for an application.
