He has a medium energy level and will be great in most environments. Some time in the past pickles was likely hit with a car, which has left him with a broken hip. This injury doesn't stop him from walking and even running, but too much activity will over fatigue his body and jeopardize his health. On average he eats 4 1/2 cups of dog food a day, but different brands might call for a bit more, or less. He is crate trained, house broken and able to sit, come, stay, down and 'leave it' (the command given when he is touching or about to touch something he shouldn't). He is also well mannered on the leash.
