About Lily

Lily Jack Russell/Rat Terrier Mix Female 10 years old 8 lbs. Hi, I'm Lily. Just like the flower, I'm sweet, pretty, and will bring so much joy to your day. If there's one thing about me that you don't need to worry about, it's me falling for you! That's right-I LOVE humans! There's nothing more satisfying than cuddling or being carried. Since I'm just a little gal, sometimes my foster mom tucks me into a pouch while she's walking-and it's heaven! I also like cozying up in blankets, but nothing compares to the warmth of a human. While humans are my absolute favorite, I also do great with other dogs and cat friends! I live with both in my foster home and am really gentle and sweet with all. The one thing that I've shown in my foster home is that I really love to be around my people. I get pretty sad and nervous when my foster mom leaves and I cry and cry for her. Therefore, I'd do best in a home where my humans are home a lot (or they can take me with them to work/etc. I'm a great little travel companion!) Other than that, I'm truly a mellow gal. I'll let you know when I have to go potty, I'll sleep through the night (in your bed or in mine next to you), and I'll give you all the affection you can handle. As my foster mom says, all I want in life is to cuddle and be near people. Oh, I almost forgot: I've been told that I have an old unhealed fracture in my back right paw, as well as a small deformity in my front left paw. Neither seems to slow me down much, though. Just a little quirk of mine and the nice vet said that I could benefit from doggie acupuncture and some joint supplements to make sure I am comfortable. Ready for some cuddles in your life?
