Fragma or fraggie as her foster family call her is the sweetest pooch you'll meet. She loves snuggles and giving kisses. She lost a lot of weight from shelter stress and is slowly adding it back on in foster care. She is NOT good with dogs and cats so she must be the only animal in home. That is okay though you'll never have a dull moment with her around!
