About Jasper

Jasper is a 2 year old Chihuahua weighing 4 pounds. He was one of 42 dogs from a puppy mill which was closed down. He is very thin but is eating well so will quickly gain weight. He is lovable but a little timid when he first meets you. He gets along well with the other dogs and is friendly and happy. His adoption donation is $350 which includes his neuter, vaccinations, microchip.
