About Sebastian

March 29 Update: The foster home (who has adopted from us before) has decided to keep Sebastian, he has meshed perfectly with her family and is very happy. Thank you all for your interest!! UPDATE: SAFE! Sebastian is with our foster home and doing great. We are not planning any meetings until mid-late April, after the 'Stay-at-Home' order is lifted. If you are in NE Ohio, let us know if you would like an application: [email protected] The Great Akron Humane Society in Twinsburg, Ohio is open by appointment, and they had 3 Shepherds when we picked up Sebastian Mar 18th. R.E.A.L Rott Rescue also has a nice Shepherd available. Sebastian is **Urgent** in Northeast Ohio. His 80 year old owner died and he ended up at a shelter. He is 6 years old, GREAT with other dogs, ignores cats and lived with a child for awhile. The trainer at that facility reached out, and she rarely does that, and only now because Sebastian is exceptional. Sebastian was crated about 6 hours a day in his former home and was calm, no issues. As you know, shelters are stressful environments and some dogs fare worse than others. Sebastian has generalized anxiety, paces, cries and is unable to settle. It's really sad because he is very adoptable. I expect to have more information this weekend from the surrender documents, and will update this post as soon as possible.
