About Nina

Nina is a 4 1/2 year old Rottweiler, weighing a muscular 85 pounds, spayed, up-to date on all shots and housebroken. Nina enjoys meeting people and has a sweet natured temperament. Her most enjoyable time is spent going for long walks where she can escape the chaos of the kennels and calm her mind. Nina also loves throwing around her toys and seeing how loud she can squeak them! Once in a while she gets a case of the 'zoomies' and her little nub tail wiggles away as she circles around the play area! She is very strong, intelligent and responds to basic commands. Nina must go to a home where she is the only pet. Though she walks well on leash in quiet areas, she becomes very focused and reactive when she sees other dogs. Nina would benefit greatly with an owner who will work her on dog reactivity and further training. Nina should go to a home (no apartments/condos), in a calm neighborhood with minimal dogs, due to her current reactivity. A large fenced yard would be a bonus for her where she can exercise freely. We all want Nina to be in her forever home where she can walk, run, play and just be a happy pup. It is recommended any children in the home be 16+.
