About Leonard

Meet Leonard! Leonard is the cutest bully mix with the cutest ears! He is always smiling and was such a treat to photograph. Leonard is strong and would need a strong handler to help him learn basic manners. He was eager to meet other dogs and seemed to do well with them. Due to his energy, we will test him at a later date to learn more about his temperament with others. At this time, we would recommend a home without cats for Leonard. 12/31/19(S)-Leonard is a male pit. Approximately 3 yrs old. Weight 42 lbs. Available 1/5/20. Was found on S. Leonard in Abbeville. Vet care was provided. Cost $119.94. Physical Exam-- Presented with a growth on right elbow. He has a draining lesion over the lateral aspect of the right proximal antebrachium. Lesion appears to be an abscess. Intestinal Parasite screening revealed a whipworm and hookworm infection. Recommend starting on panacur. Start on cefpodoxime 100 mg by mouth once daily for 14 days.
