We do not ship dogs anywhere. You must come meet them in their foster home. What you don't see are the ones that are in various stages of being surrendered to us. So if you want a Pyr put your application in and start your end of the process even if you don't see a dog you want yet. more are coming. For Adoption Please go to http://www.nepyresq.org/page/adoption-process-guidelines-48.html To SURRENDER please go to : Step ONE is paperwork submitted. We need to know about the dog so we can accurately place it in a foster home and a forever home. WE do not direct place from a surrender to an adopter. The dogs are with us until they can be vetted and we get to know them. Step TWO is to go meet the dog and evaluate it for rehoming. If he wants to eat our volunteer we can not take it in. Step THREE is to contact the vet for their take on the dog and make sure we have all the medical records. We can not take in a dog and bring it across state lines with our a current rabies shot and a negative heartworm test. Step FOUR is to line up a FOSTER home for the dog. Even if the dog is coming in from a shelter we still need to do steps ONE, TWO AND FOUR. Luckily most shelters handle the medical paperwork and are ready to turn the dog over to us.
