About Ruger

Very healthy 10 year old Basset Hound. Needing rehomed due to family restraints and never being home. My father has cancer and I have become his primary caregiver leaving no time to love on a very deserving dog. He loves to be warm and snuggly and adores a morning milkbone. He gets along with other dogs but has a tendency to be a food hoarder around other dogs. He is 10 and very active for his age. Loves to go on mid length walks but is also content watching movies and snuggling. Is a little nervous during thunderstorms and fireworks and hates gun fire. Is a little under foot at times so may not be well suited for someone with balance issues.
