Oso is a 2 year old chihuahua mix who is looking for a loving forever family who will give him all the love and care he needs to be his very best self. Oso is a sweet but very shy boy who will need some patience while he comes around and lots of extra love as he learns to trust the new people in his life. Oso's foster mom has this to say about the sweet boy: 'Oso loves to cuddle and is an amazing lap dog! He is a happy and curious little guy. He's quiet and hardly barks, only to greet his person(s) when coming home. He loves his crate and does great in it, as long as it isn't too long of a time frame. He is housebroken and uses a dog door. He has been around smaller and larger dogs and is good with them, but would be fine as the only dog as long as his people aren't gone too long. He's a really good boy!' Oso used to live with 2 other small dogs prior to coming to AZSDR, so he may like a companion his size (please bring any current dogs in the home to meet him to make sure it is a good fit). We are unsure how he is with cats or young children. Due to his shyness he may do better with older children. He is an amazing boy that is overlooked due to his shyness, but once he warms up he is a sweet, silly, and happy boy (3 Oso is 12 pounds & is full grown. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. His adoption is $160 which includes 30 days of complementary pet insurance and a free vet visit.
