About Curtis

Adoption Fee: $300
Anatolian Shepherd / Great Pyrenees
Age: Puppy
Sex: Male

Adopt or Foster-to-adopt Name: Curtis Breed: Great Pyrenees/Saint Bernard/Anatolian Shepherd mix Age: 10 months, Sex: Male, 70 pounds Location: Oklahoma city Adoption fee: $300 Adoption available NATIONWIDE with DELIVERY! Curtis was found in rural Oklahoma with a brother Bert and sister Gert, dumped and left to fin for themselves. They were only 12 weeks then, their feet and toes were blistered with sunburns and hair was missing all over. A wonderful woman contacted us for help, as rural towns don't often have much for animal welfare facilities. We drove 3 hours to take them in and get them vetted and proper care. It took us months to heal their skin, feet and grow fur again. How can humans be so cruel? Well again, the canine species teaches us about forgiveness and these babies have blossomed into incredible beautiful, loving and extremely intelligent pups! Curtis is short haired, looks more like the Anatolian than his siblings but still stunning to look at but more loving than you could ever imagine. He is the most intelligent of the three and will constantly watch you and learn from you. He will be very easy to train and would make an incredible therapy dog, intelligent enough to be a service dog or just wonderful companion. He loves to play with his several other foster siblings of all sizes and ages, from a 3 pound senior up to 170 pound giant Saint Bernard. He lives with several other puppies and adults and has always been so good with them. He is a very confident boy, crate trained, working on the leash training but just needs more time and individual attention to master it. He is potty pad and outdoor trained, but will need time to adjust to a new home. He loves to be outside but can EASILY SCALE a 5 foot chain link fence, so leash or 6 foot wood fencing will be required to keep him safe. He loves his toys too! He has never been around livestock or cats and has been treated as a king in his foster home, so we are not sure how he would do around them but as always, with proper training anything is possible. He is great with children of all ages, but will need a little work on not jumping. We believe he will make an incredible family pet and protector. They are finally ready for their forever homes and we hope you will be the one! Can you give this baby a new forever and match his love and kindness? Please apply using the link below now!! They will not last long! We are also desperately needing fosters to help save more lives! Nationwide fostering available, we will vet them prior to delivery if out of state. Fosters get the first opportunity to adopt also! Can you help a homeless Saint or Angel? Please reach out and fill out an application! We pay for all vetting, you give them lots of love, care, food and help an animal in need! Photos are of some in our program, we have so many more that need help! We can match you with one that fits your lifestyle! Here's the application for adoption, fostering, transport help and volunteers, please fill it out and we will proceed to processing it ASAP! All our animals are completely vetted upon adoption, spay/neuter, vaccinations up to date, current heartworm/flea/tick prevention, microchipped and health exam/check/certification within 90 days of adoption.
