Meet Stella! She loves humans & animals just alike. Said to be good with cats, dogs & humans... this well-cared for gal needed a new home due to health of human. She adjusted very well to her foster home. She has been 'on the mark' with outdoor potty. Stella...she just wants a fluffy bed & belly rubs. Stella is a petit Bichon about 20 lbs. Stella will require the occasional spa day. Stella is 9-years old.
