About LOLA

Sweet Lola is SAFE with a great Foster! She's just settling in but will soon be ready for her very own special Furever Home! She's an amazing - beautiful - healthy girl who will make a wonderful home companion! She's a darling little Black Mouth Cur - just 11 mo. old, 43 lbs, spayed and up-to-date on all shots. She likes to play with rubber chew toys and squeaky toys and likes being in the yard. She sleeps in a bed and is mostly house-trained. She will go potty on cement. She likes dry food, Whole Hearted brand and has 2 scoops - once a day. She likes milkbones. She understands cues like sit, paw, and lay down and enjoys taking brisk walks on a leash and pulls lightly. According to Lola's previous owner, she spent time in the home around small dogs and was exuberant. When playing with other dogs she is gentle. 8/28-8/29: When off-leash at the Care Center, Lola was introduced to a novel male dog. She greeted him and engaged in brief bouts of bouncy play. 8/30-9/3: Lola was utilized as a Social Greeter dog. She engaged in bouts of play, using her paws to solicit. LOLA is a playful little girl who needs a better fit than she had with her previous owner. She is recommended for no child under age 13 in the home and slow intros to strangers. She needs a stable quiet home to get herself set and feel comfy. She's still a pup - but obviously is a smart, attentive and well-behaved little girl. Please submit our adoption application ASAP!
