About Chiquis

Adoption Fee: $160.00
Lhasa Apso / Border Terrier
Age: Adult
Sex: Male

Chiquis is an independent 6.5 year old Lhasa Apso/ Terrier mix looking for his forever home. He weighs 31 pounds and is full grown. Chiquis loves to have free reign in his home and hangout where ever he wants. He self entertains with chew toys and doesn't mind being left home alone. Chiquis has done well with men and women, but needs a home with no one under the age of 18. He can be a bit shy at first but slowly warms up to allow a few pets here and there. Once he is comfortable, he is a very friendly, playful, and affectionate boy who enjoys going for car rides, walks, and playing with toys. Chiquis loves to play with other female dogs his size. How he is with male dogs is unknown at this time. Please bring everyone in the home to meet with him, including any dogs living in the home, to ensure it is a good fit. He has been very well behaved with us, knows how to use a doggy door, and walks pretty good on a leash. Chiquis will need some time to adjust in his new home, but as long as he is given time and space it won't take long! He would love a home with a big backyard, he loves to hangout outside to catch some rays. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, vet checked. His adoption fee is $160 and includes a free vet visit and 30 days of free pet insurance. To meet him, come to our location at 1102 W. Hatcher Road in Phoenix 85021, open Tues-Sunday 11am to 6pm. On weekends, call for location as some of our dogs attend off site adoption events, 602-944-2440
