We are going to wait a week or so to attempt clarification on the status of his owner before moving forward on a foster home placement. Henry is a sweet Portuguese Water Dog. His owner-Mom is currently unable to care for him, but hopes to resume care as soon as possible. Hoping to find a foster home for Henry in the St. Pete - Clearwater- Tampa area until then.
