About Rags

Rags is an adorable 2-year-old Shih Tzu mix that is around 16 pounds. She is initially shy and timid, but after a few hours, she is very playful, energetic, sweet, and snuggly. She enjoys the company of other dogs, playing with toys, running in the backyard, and snuggling on the couch for nap time. She is spayed, vaccinated, heart worm negative, and microchipped. Rags came from an overwhelmed citizen with 18 dogs. Her current foster is working on crate-training, potty training, and leash training. She is $400 to adopt with an approved application: www.recycledpomsbcs.com/adopt We do not ship or transport our dogs. We require all adopters to meet the dog in person to ensure it is a good fit. We represent the dog to the best of our ability and since they are in rescue, we do not always get their history. Please note: We are a non-profit Pomeranian Rescue with dogs in private foster homes. We do not have a facility open to the public. We require an approved application before a potential adopter is introduced to a dog. We contact vet references to ensure animals in the home are current on vaccinations, heart worm prevention, and sterilization. We do not adopt our dogs to homes in which an animal is not spayed or neutered. A home visit may be required.
