About Preston

Preston was saved from a fast to kill, small-town dog pound. Preston is a mostly Black Labrador Retriever now going on 3 years of age and weighing 55 pounds. Preston is a good sweet boy. He is submissive and loves to play. Some of our other dogs pick on him so he likes to hide out in his crate when he is in the house. Preston loves people and knows how to 'give paw'. Preston is crate-trained and well-behaved in the house. We think he is finally house trained (no guarantees). Preston is a gentle sweet boy and requires a gentle approach. We want Preston to be allowed in the house as a loved member of the family. He must be walked on a leash and must have a secure fenced yard to run and play. Preston is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and on monthly heartworm and flea prevention. Preston was positive for heartworms and has been treated with the proven 'slow kill' method. He is now negative for heartworms and ready for a new home. Preston has a $200.00 adoption fee.
