About Denny

***Please read all the information before inquiring about Denny.*** Denny comes to rescue after a divorce. He is 8-10 years old, neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. His physical exam was great and we are waiting on lab results for bloodwork/heartworm, etc. Denny will have a dental on June 24th and he should be ready for his new home. While we are still learning about Denny, we note that he is an active boy, good in a crate with only a bit of whining occasionally and then he settles in. He is mostly house trained, but will mark over a newly soiled spot. He likes to play with toys and go for walks, but could use some leash work. Denny REALLY likes what he believes is his-and his alone. He's a resource guarder with toys and food, and his ownership declarations even include his water bowl. In typical corgi fashion, he is opposed to having his nails done. Because of his resource guarding, Denny is best suited to an only dog home with no small children and needs an experienced owner. He shows no interest in cats. We would like to keep Denny within 8-9 hours of Amarillo/Lubbock.
