Many were so sick they didn't survive. Nefer eventually thrived but was not adopted. Everyone found a home but her. FINALLY, after over a year being in rescue, she was adopted. We were ecstatic. But then she was returned when there was a medical need in the family. She came back very overweight but sweeter than ever. We are working on her weight. She is awesome!! She is so friendly and outgoing and so so soft. We pray her home is found soon. Unfortunately few will pay the minimal adoption fee when cats can be found free anywhere. What they aren't prepared for is the vetting expense required and then the animals are not fixed and the reproduction surplus continues.
