About Garth Brooks

Garth is a male Shih Tzu mix approximately 5 1/2 years old. He has a soft, flowy tan and white coat that is non-shedding. Garth weighs about 9.9 pounds full grown. He is a refined gentleman and likes a peaceful environment where he can relax and hang out with his people. Garth likes attention, but he is not needy and will happily poke around by himself or lay contentedly by your feet. He adores walks and will get all excited when he knows he's going for a stroll. He has a nice amount of energy for longer walks, but when he gets home he is happy to flop down in the nearest dog bed and watch the world go by or cuddle up for a snooze. Garth likes the company of other dogs but he does not need another dog in the household to feel secure. He would be fine as an only dog, doted on and pampered by his owners. Garth loves to be stroked on the head and talked to. He loves treats and will eagerly gobble up anything offered. He is a good eater and an easy keeper. Garth will thrive in a calm home where he can feel secure and cared for. He loves to be wherever his people are, even if you are busy with other things. Garth just likes to keep your company.
