About Leela

Leela is a 6 year old standard Australian shepherd with a tail. She is dog and cat friendly, would not place in a home with chilren or grandchildren. She is house and crate trained. She has some anxiety due to being surrendered to the shelter. She is working through those issues with her current foster but could use more socialization. She is on daily medication. Her ideal home is with someone who is home more often than not. A calm environment with one other doggy friend (but she can be an only dog as well) would be best. She is a sweet girl that had her life uprooted and she needs a caring human to show her love forever! She is looking for a foster or forever home. She does have extreme anxiety in the car. Due to this she would not be eligible for adoption out of state at this time. Thanks for your interest in our adoptable dogs.
