About Rogue

Welcome Rogue. He is a 5-year-old Greyhound/Terrier blend. This dog is a great running partner. He can run 5 miles easily with his foster mom. He is well known in Lake Hills. His previous owner moved off and left him and the new people that bought the house inherited Rogue. This area of Texas is not known for secure fencing and farmers shoot dogs in this area. Rogue is well known because he 'gets out and travels the hills.' His foster dad fears for Rogue's fate so he has asked CCPAL to help find him a forever home. A privacy fence will be fine and allowing him to be a part of the family activities will keep him involved and not looking for something to do. He would be perfect for someone who does training runs or needs an outdoor companion. Rogue would love that! A park ranger needing a companion animal for walking in the park or something like this would be up his alley. He is healthy, up on his shots, neutered and ready for a forever home. He is very friendly with other dogs and all people. He can be adopted locally in Texas or transported to the West Coast, the East Coast, Minnesota or Illinois.
