Her Good Samaritans took her in and hoped someone would be missing her and would want her back, but that has not been the case. They have had her vetted and are hoping to find her the home that she deserves! Name: Snowwhite Age: Unknown Breed: American Eskimo Sex: Female (believed to be spayed) Location: Red River Parish, LA Vet Info: Snowwhite's vet believes her to be spayed, and she is confirmed heartworm negative. Snowwhite's Good Samaritans tell us she is up to date on vaccines. She weighs about 20 - 25 pounds. Owner Info: Snowwhite is a beautiful girl who was found in the middle of a road. Her Good Samaritans took her in and hoped someone would be missing her and would want her back, but that has not been the case. They have had her vetted and are hoping to find her the home that she deserves! Snowwhite is an indoor dog with run of the house. She is not housebroken, but is leash trained. She is a friendly and sweet little girl and good with people of all ages, male and female dogs, and cats. She currently lives with four other dogs and a cat. Snowwhite is not possessive of toys, treats, or food and has never shown aggression. Snowwhite's Good Samaritans gave us more details about her eyes and health: 'They look like she has white over her eyes. Sometimes it seems like she can see us or maybe just a outline of us but other times she is walking into walls and furniture and can't find her food and water bowls or her bed. But she has learned where her room is and as long as we don't move her things she can find them. Not sure what caused her blindness. The vet said it could be age or from past abuse and not sure how long she has been visually impaired....She has gotten to a healthy weight since we have gotten her. She eats all the time and drinks a lot of water. She is very picky about her food though.' Snowwhite's Good Samaritans want us to know what a sweet girl she is! 'She has only barked a couple of times since we brought her home in late January but it was because I was knocking on the wall to see if she could hear me. She hasn't been aggressive towards our other dogs or our cat and she hasn't been aggressive towards anybody that comes to our home. She is a very loving and affectionate furbaby.'
