Ramsay is an absolutely wonderful Australian Shepherd. He is obedient, submissive, and he doesn't run off. He loves to run, but will quickly return when he hears his name. He is frequently without a leash and will stay right with me. Ramsay frequently runs with our family, and has logged as much as 10 miles without even being phased. We are a family of five, with three small children and unfortunately Ramsay has in three instances lashed out aggressively at other children. He has not seriously injured these children, but the reality of our living situation will make life with Ramsay tough from here on out. In two instances he snapped at children, and most recently pinned one to the ground while aggressively barking. I do not want to have to constantly be worried about the dog when my children and their friends are outside. I think there is a better home for this dog out there. One where he has a lot of room to run and one where he is not confined with a lot of small children. In another phase of my life, Ramsay would have made the absolute best pet. But unfortunately, he has not done well with small children. Please Help!!! He came from an aussie breeder near Florence, AL. He is around 2 years old. He has not been neutered.
