About Buffy

With the lovely coloring of a lemon meringue pie and every bit as sweet, 1-year-old Buffy is likely a mix of Rat Terrier and Chihuahua. She's an affectionate, friendly girl, who can be a little shy around men. Give her a bit of coaxing, though, and she'll warm right up. She also seems to be just now discovering what toys are, but she has decided she likes them...almost as much as participating in the classic Rattie activity called zoomies and playfully wrestling with her three canine foster siblings, all of whom are Rat Terriers and her best buddies. Buffy is house-trained and was using the dog door to go outside to potty within one day of arriving at her foster home! Just 9 lbs., Buffy is the perfect size for snuggling, and she sleeps quietly through the night in bed with her foster mom and the other dogs. What a great companion Buffy is going to be!
