About Sammie

Sammie is a sweet, affectionate dog who loves other people and is great with kids. She is friendly and submissive with strangers (will always roll over and then demand to be petted). She is aggressive with other dogs -- this is why we need to re-home her. 8 years old -- we raised her from a puppy. Sleeps with us, loves being in human company. She has one or two 'accidents' a year (peeing) if we wait too long to take her outside. She lunges at other dogs when walking (we always keep her on short leash) but if she is off leash, she always rolls on her back if she meets another dog. She is soft and cuddly and everyone loves her -- strangers always stop in the street to pet her. We love her and will miss her, but she doesn't get along with our other dog and we finally had to make the decision she deserves a house with no other animals.
