About Peppercorn

Super Urgent! Peppercorn needs a foster or adopter immediately so her life will be spared. She is at a high kill shelter that is full and dogs are being killed. Peppercorn is an absolute doll. She is very affectionate. She was appropriately interested in dogs walking by. She didn't bark at any of them, but merely observed and wagged her tail.
