About Sampson

SUPER URGENT! Sampson needs a foster or adopter immediately so his life will be spared. He is at a high kill shelter that is full and dogs are being killed. Poor gorgeous Sampson arrived in the shelter a week ago on May 15, 2018 as an owner surrender. He was curled up in the back of his cage each time the volunteer walked by and didn't want to come out for a while. Eventually he relaxed enough for the volunteer to leash him and he came out. In our yard all he did was sniff and search. He's afraid of thunder and loud shelter noises. The volunteer walked by his kennel 30 minutes later and he was no longer cowering in the back any more - which is progress. Please save his life before it's too late. Fostering is free of charge and everything is provided within a 90 mile radius of Chicago. Volunteers are willing to help with transport
