He is 7 years old and was purchased at dog auction in Missouri, after living his entire life on a puppy mill located in Oklahoma. Toby has NO ADOPTION FEE to an approved home, as he is considered a senior in our adoption pool. He is fully vetted, neutered, vaccinated and up to date on wormings. He keeps his crate clean and dry. He is quiet in his crate. He respects fences and does well on leash. He is fostered in Wallace, MI
