About Dolce

Dolce is a Velcro dog: she wants to be around people all the time and bonds tightly with one person. Though she gets excited when people come home, she doesn't jump up or get push for attention. Dolce spends most of her time close to her person and isn't prone to wondering (if she does, calling her name quickly brings her back). While on walks she is friendly with people and other dogs but does become vocal if not allowed to great other dogs or if they are separated before they're done checking each other out. Dolce's eyes are uniquely colored and one of them is partially blue. Dolce has basic house skills. She rarely reaches for things on the counter and hasn't tried to chew on any furniture. She seems house trained but does need supervision if she is in a new area of the house. While Dolce is not crate trained she will sleep in a dog bed or, preferably, with her person. She also does alright on a leash (sometimes she pulls and sometimes she walks well). She will play fetch, though only when she wants to. Dolce does have separation issues and is very vocal if left alone (though we haven't seen any destructive behavior). She also is very interested in cats while indoors and probably should not be left alone with any.
