About Louie

Louie was raised from puppyhood with a family, was a therapy dog at retirement communities and rehabs, but he ended up at the shelter when the family fell on hard times. He was adopted to a home and there was an 'incident with a toddler and a toy.' Likely was issue with improper supervision since this boy grew up with a child. But given this, we suggest a mature adopter. This is a gentle 50 pound white lab x hound. He is heart worm negative, UTD on vaccinations and neutered. Louie is about 6, house trained and walks well on a leash. But he is falling into a depression at the shelter. We will bring Louie to a foster home if no adopter steps up.
