I found Cami on the Cheyenne Indian reservation in Lame Deer Montanaa few months ago in March. When I found Cami she was emaciated and terrified. I knew at that point I had to get her off of the reservation. I contacted a local gal CJ who spent 2 hours with me feeding stray dogs and rescuing other dogs off of the reservation. We did the right thing and talked to the residence who said Cami was a stray. At that point, I decided to take her to get her the necessary help she needed. I brought her back to Seattle at the end of March and decided to spend time with her to get weight back on her. So far she has done amazing with her recovery. It is so hard to imagine that this poor dog survived 25 degrees below zero and along with the numerous blizzards Montana had last year. Cami is so loving and she loves to be hugged. Cami has fun with my other rescue dogs and loves to play with them. She is housebroken and does not chew anything up in the house. Of course she will need some training. Please contact me anytime with any questions you may have. I will be more than happy to share my story with you.
