Harvey is a registered solid paint horse. Approx 16 hands. He is easy going. I have never used a bit when riding him. He does need training and is quick to learn. I have not had the time to work with him. I am in a very bad financial situation and can no longer afford to even feed him. Can someone please give him a good home.
