About Suki

Suki will be 1 year old on June 5. approx 45 lbs. Party eyes, so she has one brown and one blue. Absolutely beautiful, stunning sweet girl that loves to curl her tail in the air and loves to talk to you. Very well crate trained and house trained. Traditional markings of gray and white with a black stripe down her back. She swam in the lake last year a few times as a puppy and she loved it! She's very independent and probably the lowest maintenance of the 3 we have. She loves flimsy toys she can prance around with in her mouth but also hard rubber ones she can get her teeth into. We have ones we fill with peanut butter, freeze them, and she will go nuts for it. She loves walks but definitely needs a harness, shes strong and will choke herself on a collar. This girl would be an amazing companion for a single person, a family and to another dog of equal or bigger size that is more submissive. She's definitely an alpha. She's okay with sharing toys. Her brother is an alpha also so toy sharing wasn't always a thing. If you have never owned a husky before, please know what you are getting into. They dig. Sometimes. They are escape artists. If you don't have a 5 foot fence minimum she will get out and she will need walked at least twice a day. It doesn't take much to get the energy out of her. Having 3 husky puppies in our home at one point, we often made jokes that these aren't huskies. ABSOLUTELY NO CATS OR SMALLER DOGS, RABBITS, ETC She will chase them and hurt them trying to play. She loves car rides and people! Suki has all her vaccinations, she will need a year check up sometime in June or July. She is microchipped with Home Again. We will require a home visit and a slow transition. She has been in a pack with her 2 brothers and it may not be easy for her but given the chance, we know she will make an amazing companion! We want the best possible for our little girl. We have had her since she was 7 weeks and we have all records, photos, everything.
