About Pixie

Pixie is fostered in St. Petersburg, FL (Pinellas County). We are a foster-based rescue and always looking for foster families! Pixie is a 7 lb female chihuahua who is 8 yrs old. She needs a canine companion in her forever home. Pixie is a nervous girl at first but once settled into her new surroundings warms up pretty quickly. She can be picky with some men. She does well with other dogs, and while she hasn't been cat tested we don't think she would have an issue with them. Pixie is crate trained and pad trained, spayed, up-to-date on vaccines and preventives, microchipped and heartworm negative. She walks nicely on lead. As a senior dog, Pixie's standard adoption donation is $250, but she can be adopted by a senior adopter 65+ for $150 through our Seniors for Seniors program.
